Ordering from ToolsNow.pk is actually pretty easy! All you will need to do is to follow three simple steps:
1. Browse for the product you are looking for.
2. Fill the order form on the top right of each page. (An order number will be sent to you via email)
3. Our friendly customer support team will contact you for order confirmation
4. Post confirmations you will get the delivery of your desired product in a few days
Currently, ToolsNow.pk is exclusively an online store. This gives us the advantage of adding new merchandise to our inventory quickly and easily. You can sign up for our online newsletter so you will be able to receive the latest news and updates about ToolsNow.pk, including any promos and sales we are offering.
It is our standard practice to have approved products and vendors on our website only. Before dispatching the product to you each one is checked as per its description to ensure that the best quality products are delivered to your doorstep. Do note, however, that there may be a slight difference between the color on-screen and the color of the actual product due to monitor quality and/or the environment lighting when the photo was taken.
ToolsNow.pk values the privacy of its customers, which is why we take all of the steps necessary to ensure that your details are kept confidential and will not be available to third-party organizations. Items are sent to customers within 2 to 3 business days after they have placed their order. If you have opted for registered mail, you can keep track of the progress of your order by using the tracking ID sent to you in your confirmation email to view the status of your purchase. You can track your order through the Tracking ID sent on SMS by our Customer Care Team.
OTHER INFORMATION
We will confirm your availability at the destination address on the day and time of delivery. However, if you are unavailable, we will reschedule the delivery for you. Maximum 3 attempts will be made for delivery.
We have our own delivery system and hire reputed courier company to deliver your orders. We will pack your order with care and deliver it right at your doorstep.
The products which are covered under warranty will be dealt according to the terms of warranty for those products. Terms of warranty are mentioned on the product description page of each product.
Warranty Cards may accompany the products when delivered.
At our customer service helpdesk, you can change your order because we will be unable to change your order once the product has left our warehouse. If the product has yet to be shipped, you can make an alternate purchase and immediately inform to our call center: 03258211043
All items are carefully inspected and then packaged at our fulfillment facilities – to avoid any form of damage. We ensure the package is wrapped in bubble/plastic wrap and fragile (electronic etc.) items are secured in an additional layer of protective packaging.
